Nurture Your Future was founded by Joan Laine and Alison Gitelson, who share a common interest in the growth and development of people in general, supporting them to find their highest potential through coaching and workshops. Both have also always had a keen interest in developing leaders and agreed that the best place to begin developing leaders is when they are young, since that is when they are most fearless, enthusiastic, dynamic and have that thirst to explore things with a candid curiosity.
